Project Description: Tiryaki Agro, a leading Turkish agricultural company, in partnership with Qatar's Hassad Food, plans to construct a state-of-the-art facility in Kazakhstan dedicated to the deep processing of grains and legumes. The plant is designed to process up to 250,000 tons of wheat and 100,000 tons of peas annually, producing high-value products such as vital wheat gluten, native and modified starches, glucose, and animal feed. This initiative aims to enhance food security, boost export potential, and stimulate the development of the agro-industrial complex in the region.

Current Status: As of January 2025, the project is in the design and planning phase. A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between Kazakhstan's National Managing Holding Baiterek JSC, Qatar's Hassad Food, and Turkey's Tiryaki Agro to facilitate the project's implementation.

Expected Start Date: Construction is anticipated to commence in 2025.

Expected Completion Date: The plant is scheduled to be operational by 2026.

Investment Volume: The project is valued at approximately $200 million USD.
