Project Name: Silleno Polyethylene Production
Project Description:
Production of large-capacity polyethylene with a capacity of 1,250 thousand tons per year for sale in the domestic and foreign markets. It is the operator of the Second Phase of the construction project of the first integrated gas chemical complex in Atyrau region (Polyethylene production). The Partnership is a member of the National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark special economic zone, on the territory of which the project is implemented.

29.9% are owned by JSC “National Company “KazMunayGas”
30% are owned by Sibur Holding PJSC (Russian Federation)
30% are owned by Sinopec (China)
10.1% are owned by KMG PetroChem LLP
