Project Description: Qostanay Grain Industry LLP is constructing a state-of-the-art facility in the Kostanay region dedicated to the deep processing of wheat. The plant is designed to process 415,000 tons of grain annually, producing high-value products such as amino acids, bioethanol, gluten, animal feed, and wheat bran. This initiative aims to enhance food security, boost export potential, and stimulate the development of the agro-industrial complex in the region.

Current Status: As of January 2025, the project is in the design and planning phase. A quadripartite memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the Akimat of Kostanay region, Baiterek Venture Fund JSC, the Chinese company Myande Group, and the KazFoodProducts agricultural holding, which owns the new enterprise.

Expected Start Date: Construction is anticipated to commence in 2025.

Expected Completion Date: The plant is scheduled to be operational by December 2027.

Investment Volume: The project is valued at approximately 70 billion tenge (over $100 million USD).
