Project Description:LLP "Innovation Complex Sastobe" is implementing a major investment project to build a chemical production plant in the Tyulkubas district of Turkestan Region, Kazakhstan. The project is valued at 153.88 billion KZT (approximately $340.9 million USD).

• Products:

  The plant will produce:

  • Caustic soda: 100,000 tons per year

  • Polyvinyl chloride (PVC): 120,000 tons per year

• General Contractor:

  The Chinese company Sinoma TCDRI is responsible for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services, including design, equipment supply, and construction of the facility.

• Financial Partner:

  The project is primarily financed by Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.
