Project Description: LLP "ECOCULTURE-EURASIA" is developing a large-scale greenhouse complex in the Keles District of Turkestan Region, Kazakhstan. The project aims to build a 500-hectare greenhouse facility in phases, with the first phase covering 51.26 hectares. The complex will focus on the cultivation of high-quality vegetables, primarily tomatoes, utilizing advanced technologies provided by the Russian agro-industrial holding "ECO-Culture."

Current Status: Construction in progress, with funding secured for the first phase.

Expected Start Date: Construction started in 2023.

Expected Completion Date: The first phase is expected to be operational by the end of 2025.

Investment Volume:

• Total Project Cost: 42 billion KZT (~$92.4 million USD)

• Development Bank of Kazakhstan Financing: 25 billion KZT (~$55 million USD)
