Kia Automobile Manufacturing Plant (Allur)

Project Description:

The construction of a full-cycle automotive plant for Kia vehicles in Kostanay, Kazakhstan, led by Allur Group, the country's largest automaker. The facility will produce up to 70,000 Kia vehicles annually, supporting Kazakhstan's growing automotive industry.

Current Status:

As of March 2025, the second phase of construction has begun. The first test vehicles are expected to roll off the production line in July 2025.
