Project Description: ESTA Construction plans to develop a gas chemical production facility near Kuryk port in the Mangystau region. The plant will have an annual production capacity of up to 700,000 tons of urea and 42,000 tons of ammonia, supporting Kazakhstan's agriculture sector and reducing the country's dependence on fertilizer imports. The total investment is estimated at $1.35 billion.
